1. Separate cabinet footprint from working space

The cabinet projection is 1.200 × 0.740 = 0.888 m². It is not the total installation area. Operators need space to load and unload; maintenance access, hose routing and separation of dirty and cleaned molds also use floor area.

Measure doorways, corners and the unloading route. Machine dimensions are not packed dimensions. Ask for shipping dimensions and weight, lifting arrangements and agreed delivery scope before booking transport.

2. Low power does not mean an ordinary socket

The data sheet lists 0.5 kW total electrical load and two 0.2 kW motors. Its standard supply is 380 V three-phase. Send the actual site voltage, frequency and phase information to V-TAI rather than assuming the local supply matches.

Confirm the delivered 50/60 Hz configuration in writing. A qualified installer should verify the required electrical connection and protection against the final machine documents. Do not use this article to choose wiring or protective-device ratings.

3. Trace water and drainage before locating the machine

The published inlet is 3/4 inch and the drain diameter is Ø38 mm. Connection size is not a water-consumption figure. No validated liters-per-mold or supply-pressure value is provided here. Confirm site requirements with V-TAI.

Plan accessible connections and a clear discharge route without obstructing the operator. The manual references compressed air; whether it is required and the pressure, flow and connector specifications must be confirmed for the delivered unit.

4. Agree on commissioning and the process after washing

Prepare representative dirty molds and an acceptance checklist before delivery. Confirm who handles unloading, connection, operator instruction and trial washing. Keep approved settings and inspection records available to the team.

The machine uses cold water and has no heated sanitizing cycle. Reserve a defined route for the facility’s further sanitation, drying and storage. An installation plan should include these handoffs, even though they are not part of the cabinet footprint.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Does the machine need only 0.888 m²?

No. That is the cabinet footprint; add space for handling, maintenance and connections.

Can it use any local 380/400/415 V supply?

Do not assume compatibility. Send the actual supply details and confirm the delivered configuration with V-TAI.

The short answer

Approve the site layout, actual electrical supply, water and drain route, and delivery responsibilities before ordering.
